The Principal Dev December 2026

The Principal Dev is a two-day online certification masterclass for technical team leads focused on leadership, team building, and hiring practices.

The course is taught in English and runs from 9:00 to 17:30 on both days, with session recordings available afterward. Content covers leadership development, team design based on Team Topologies, process improvement approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and hiring practices for engineering teams. Participants receive a verifiable certificate upon completion. The training takes place online via Zoom in the CET/Berlin timezone.
