L8Conf is a community-driven conference for software engineers focused on leadership and soft skills. Named after the informal "8th layer" of computer networks, the human element, the conference covers topics such as driving organizational change, communication, career development, coaching, and mentoring. The 2026 edition takes place on 21 and 22 September in Warsaw. The organizing team has been active in the Warsaw IT community for over ten years, running meetups and conferences.
